  1. The term "personal data" as used in this Policy  for Individual subscribers refers to information such as your name, e-mail address or mailing address, that can be used to identify you. For Corporate subscribers “personal data” will refer to information about the company, e-mail address, mailing address and contact number of the company’s representative.
  2. YourWebBrand will not process your personal or company data without the respective party’s consent.

  1. Most of our services do  require some  form of registration, but YourWebBrand also allows  you to visit our Site without telling us who you are. However,you are required to register if you want to use our services.
  2. When you register with us, you may need to complete certain fields (some are required and some are optional), as well as choose a user name and  password or be provided one when you desire to use our site based software.
  3. In these situations, if you choose to withhold any personal/corporate  data requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the site and for us to respond to your query.
  4. YourWebBrand processes personal/corporate data for specific and limited purposes which we inform you about when we ask you for information. Right of Access to personal data

  1. You have the right to access and update your personal/corporate data or to require their deletion.
  2. If you wish to access or correct your personal data held by us, please contact us at service@yourwebbrand.com.Your requests will be dealt with soonest and in a  proper manner. No charge will be levied for complying with a correction request, however, for all other requests YourWebBrand may charge a small fee to cover its costs.
  3. Requests to delete personal data will be subject to any applicable legal and ethical reporting or document filing or retention obligations imposed on YourWebBrand.
  4. YourWebBrand will only delete personal/corporate data upon request  but all other information generated by the use of our services will be kept by us in our database and will not be deleted as they are within YourWebBrand Propreitary rights.
  5. Upon termination of service by either parties,YourWebBrand will delete only personal or corporate information given by subscribers when our services were contracted to be used.All information and Materials generated whilst using our services will be retained by us in our central databases.
  6. We  ensure that the data  is secure and access to personal  or corporate data is restricted to those employees who have been trained to handle such data properly and observe strict standards of confidentiality.
  7. Any Breach of this confidentiality agreement will lead to appropriate disciplinary proceedings from YourWebBrand against the employee.
  8. While we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse or alteration to data, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

Links to Other Sites

  1. This Privacy Policy applies only to YourWebBrand websites to the exclusion of third party websites. YourWebBrand may provide links to other websites which we believe may be of interest to our visitors.
  2. We aim to ensure that such websites are of the highest standard. However, due to the nature of the World Wide Web, YourWebBrand cannot guarantee the standards of every website link it provides or be responsible for the contents of non-YourWebBrand sites.
